C-2213 Air separation motor (M10) rotation abnormality.
Since an error is detected when M10 turns ON, turn it OFF. An error
is still detected when turn it ON again.

Did you took out the drum unit out?
If so, the toner hopper is not locked properly and that's why the motor can not be rotated.

Air sep error for the sub hopper. First make sure the toner hopper is locked and all shutters open. Make sure there are no blockages.There is a rotation photo sensor on the end of the motor that gets dirty. Remove the top cover of the main body and at the front right corner you will see the motor and a flag on the end that operates a photo sensor. Clean the sensor. In my experience inside the top cover will be full of toner. Clean/Replace the filter in there. Part of the PM. Also part of the PM is to replace the stirring mylar assemblies inside the sub hopper chamber, there are two. If they wear the toner clogs. A0G6R70200 Stirring Plate 1 Assy and 56UAR77300 Stirring Plate 2 Assy.
