Has anybody been on the infohub lately....and managed to find their way around it, no idea where they've moved the BSLJ to....why did they have to tamper with it....

Im not sure what "infohub" is, but if you are refering to the KM SSD site, then you are correct, they have "improved" it so much that it's absolutly unusable...I couldn't get past the model entry field when trying to do a simple keyword search..Do they test this stuff before they make these changes???EMujo

They should and could make it more userfriendly ( infohub). Why dont they? Noone can log in without password and only way to get a password is via KM represenitiv so i dont see any security problem in here....Its been and still is pain in a neck just to find tech bulletins.....

After messing around for far too long, emailed KM, the BSLJ is now under the "logisitcs" tab at the top....

Haven't they heard of K.I.S.S ? (Keep it simple stupid). I suppose we'll get used to it sooner or later but in my opinion if its not intuitive, it's badly designed. And this certainly isn't better than the previous version.
Phew....rant over.

With all due respect, what's the point of looking in the archive when you're looking for the latest information or parts?

check it, it is still updated.

It is more like the "form" of accessing information was archived, not the content.

I`ve just checked and there is a lot of information which I know is on the infohub isnt on the archive pages so I will just have to wait until KM sort it out!!!

I was on the site last night. Things have improved and there was a notice that they know they have problems.

It's a pile of garbage.

It gets virtually no results for any search I've tried and half the time the results are in Japanese.

Starting to get pissed off with KM's "improvements" that always result in things actually being worse.
