I very confused ,after upgrade the firmware need set SW 55 , 51 . and the SW 50 need set also ???? :(
SW50 for what effect ? thanks advance

15 years. Actually I used to read the customers thoughts, but i quit when all I could hear from them was meow,meow, meow,meow...this is hard...meow meow meow meow...why can't we have a new machine...meow meow meow meow...I wonder if leprechauns are real...

First sorry no specific model . Thanks for SmellsHot (http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/members/smellshot.html) shared your information . i try for c253 . we know someone very expert ! i have the manual . i just confuss for the noted TNBT11000046Exx . SW 55 , SW 51, and SW 59 . But imaging unit life extension program ask setting SW 50 .:cool:

You should check the tech bulletin. There are more settings to change than just the soft switches. And the C253 series is a little different than the rest.
