Try turning dipswitch 2-0 to off.
This should disable the HDD's

No problems,
Very early on with this model they changed the way in which the HDD's were utilised. They are only used for Copying memory (not printing memory).
Once this occurred there were very few HDD kits sold in our marketplace and when we get a faulty one we just turn the dipswitch off. No-one really uses this machine as a copier anyway.
Happy to Help

Guys please help... How do you get to those DIP switches please? I have a bizhub c6500P with C3508 on the display. I know what it means, there are plenty of articles - dip switch this and dip switch that, how do I get there?
Thank you.
