Good day everyone, i got this white marks on a c364 already changed dev unit y, drum y and high voltage board, performed a printhead skew reset and initialization still the same thing.. i'm starting to think that might be something wrong with the transfer belt... any help would be really appreciated.

Does this happen in 1st transfer or 2nd?Have you stopped the machine while printing to check this?

No i haven't but since we changed dev unit and hv i guess there should be something wrong on the second. Im thinking of the belt roller over yellow i've cleaned the connectors. i'll stop it on monday to check when it starts thanks

Ok but nothing changed when i did the prindhead skew reset and the machine is already working since summer on a logistics department and it has about 70000 printouts. I mean most ph problems occur the first week..but i ll get a ph unit and a belt with me monday morning just to make sure. Thanx for the advice

I'm taking a shot in the dark and piont to the transfer belt, yellow transfer roller could be out of place or binding. DON'T Forget to do a new release so you could put the belt back in the box as new if it doesn't fix the problem.

Just curious: What is the interval between the pattern of peaks? Does it correlate with the diameter of any particular roller or rollers? =^..^=

There is an FOC part DrySurf p/n U2260482FOC which was available for order in US/Canada up until March 29,2013. Used to lubricate levers on 1st transfer rollers in the belt unit. The problem is in the belt, lubricate levers or replace belt.
