We all wish we could say these things to the customer.

I once saw a different sort of video, where the client and the technician uuh... 'Worked together' to solve the problem on the copier, and on the floor next to the coper, and on the receptionists desk. They removed the badge from the copier before shooting tho, I couldn't figure out what type it was.
