our Imagistics im2520f is having problems Copying high contrasted Items.
A delivery receipt that has handwriting or light printing and dark text.. the handwriting is not copying.
That is just an example. If we adjust the darkness then everything else is to dark.
it works fine as a network printer, and If we scan something on 600x600/photo then print it from the PC it works.
any ideas?
