[Misc] Bizhub C364 User Boxes

I have a customer that prints to a User Box. At the end of the month, they have an application that prints invoices. They printed 265 invoices (all of which are individual files) with one print command. The first 200 invoices were in the User Box and the last 65 invoices were lost.

My question here is multi-part. Is there a limit to how much can be put into a User Box? If so, is the limit file size or file count? Is there a way of expanding the limit if there is one?

Yes there is a limit.

• Up to 200 files can be stored in a User Box.
  
• A total of 10000 pages can be stored in all User Boxes.
  
• A total of 3000 files can be stored in all User Boxes.
