Konica C35 / Develop Ineo +35 Missing toner message

Hi i have C35p that has a missing toner (Magenta) message, i have tried different toner cartridges and checked that the 3 pins behind the cartridge are not bent. Has anybody had this issue before and if so a solution? Thanks
