C8000 not fusing properly?

The above image is meant to be a solid colour, does anyone know what's causing this non-fusing, that's if it IS non-fusing :-s.
We're getting a service tomorrow so I can ask the technicians, but its really thrown a spanner in the works for today's work.

Sure you have the paper weight set correctly for the thickness of the paper?

yes, positive, Thankyou. I even told it it was incrementally heavier weights to no avail.
I have cleaned the transfer belt cleaning assembly and that seems to have fixed it for now.
