Konica C203 missing bits of color

Hi,

I have a customer with a Konica C203, when they print a mixed document of color and black there are parts where the color is missing (or just prints in black) or images will be half color and half black :-/ .
Almost like it is losing color as it goes along. Also If you ask it to print in color it decides to print in black. Already updated print drivers, and firmware, but still no change. Copying is fine. Any ideas?

Sounds to me like its going to be driver, application or computer related.

I would connect directly to the machine with a laptop, and see if you can replicate the issue on your own machine.

Also, if its a Microsoft application, have a look at the print preview and see if its not just the application thats messing it up (if its a Microsoft product it's a miracle it ever works at all)
