Customer is getting an incomplete fax message in the fax receiving log. No one is aware of faxes that are missing. My thought is they are voice line miss dials, telemarketing, or they may have junk fax activated. Thought I'd see if any of you have seen this before going out there...

yes, the machine will log any call that it answers if its a fax or not. The ones where it does not detect a fax machine at the other end from memory are labeled as TEL or something like that..
Either way, ring the machine from your phone and see what the result is and compare it to the other anomalies, if its the same then you know what the problem is - ie nothing.
