c451 printing cyan lines

Hi all

I have a bizhub c451 out with a client at the moment, and after 600 or so prints a cyan border starts to come across the bottom of the page. I have changed a few cyan imaging units but get the problem comes back its always after 600 prints, I have changed the black image unit also but same thing. When I take apart the cyan imaging unit I can see what appears to be black toner on the silver wire (if that makes sense!) and black toner around the imaging unit.

Has anybody came across this or have any ideas?

Hi tbere!
only thing is to glue "reinforcements" on the pads that hold the pcdu's in place. Otherwise you have a bad pcdu, sorry.
