    Konica Minolta C552 error C-3724

    Hi,

    hi have a Konica Minolta Bizhub C552 giving a error C-3724. Any suggestions?

    Fuser high temp...you can, carefully, try and reset the code using the trouble reset. I would not do this twice in a row with the fuser warmed up or you may start melting things. If the fuser is near or past life span replace it. Emujo

        We had one do this recently and it was a faulty temperature sensor which sits on the black plate below the fuser. There are two sensors on the plate and we proved it was the sensor by swapping the sensors over. The fault code then changed. It's worth doing this as we mistakenly replaced the fuser before doing this test. Hope this helps.....

          Did you find the solution?
          We have a C652 with this code. So far we have replaced the fusing unit, IH Power supply, PRCB and the heating roller temp sensors (as tech51 sugessted).
