KM3530 feeder jam

Customer says when doing 2-2 sided the feeder jams upon reversal. Says it doesn't pull it back in after it spits out to reverse......they are a couple hours away so getting any obvious ideas first...thank you

Take a spare feeder with you if you can. If they are under a service agreement then just swap it out if it's not a easy fix. You can't be driving hours back and forth.

Well, I've not gotten to look at it yet as the customer is out of town. Go figure. I think I have a spare with me though. I will take it with me.
