Konica Bizhub C253

I have a Bizhub C253 that was scanning to email with a host name saved on it. Now that I've changed machine locations with a different email address I'm trying to change it in the machine but its not highlighted to let me change it can anyone help please?

try using a laptop with crossover cable and web browse into the copier using the ip address of the copier and in network and email settings change what needs to change.
