[Jamming] 7022 crumpled page on 2 side print/copy

Hi all,
on a 7022 just performed a PM kit (drum, wiper blade and developer).
After the l-det adj performed a bunch of test copies: on front-side only OK, on 2-sided jobs the pages come out crompled.
Not every page, in a 3 pages job the last is OK.
Inspected the righ-side door, found 4-5 pieces of paper.
Inspected the fuser, it's ok.
Problem still here.
Any ideas?

It's either your paper or the fuser. Try a new ream of paper first.

Check the actuator on the side door that is used during 2-2. The springs tail slides sideways and binds plastic actuator. Later models have a extra holder molded into them to prevent this. I just move them to corner L and hold in place with a tiny piece of Super 33 electrical tape. Also check for bent mylar in 2-2 area had that a while back.

Pix too small for me... so here goes, open the side door and look at the hinge side area lower 1/3 you will see a black plastic flag that goes into the photo sensor. It should move up and down easily by hand. The spring that gives troubles is on the other end of it. 2 screws on plate to remove assembly from door.

IDK the customer #s. On the door, hinge side, lower 1/3, black plastic flag is in plain site.

did you take the drum picker fingers off whe you replaced the drum? if you did chances are they are not on correctly, you never said where the paper is crumpling ,before the fuser ? at the drum?

Solved!
Cleaned out the fuser paper entrance guide, swapped the plastic grid on the transfer corona, performed a major machine cleanup and rock solid.
Now it seems to me the fusing temperature is a little too high, the printouts came out very hot.
Looked at the service manual and found a sw switch used to change the idle temperature settings, but cannot find a settig for the working temperature.
It is fixed or it can be change?

If you have only an exit tray...? it is likely normal temps, as it has just left fuser.
