[Misc] Controller Detail button not showing

my CN3102e controller detail button not showing at touch panel.
1. powers on
2. network lights ok, but no connectivity to fiery from pc. no responce from fiery
3. HDD light(orange) blinks 6 times and one longer blink.
what could be the problem? kindly help

Hard drive in the controller has failed. Replace and reload system software.

thanks. where can i find the system software? i don't have the software CD. any link you can provide to download?
