I have installed one Bizhub 215 machine recently,After one day of completion machine which shows blank display(LCD Glowing) and hanging -up,No buttons are working ,Afterwards i tried to connect PC for updating FIRMWARE but PC not detected the machine,Kindly advice HOW TO UPDATE BIOS in the bizhub 215,I thing that there is any tool for BIOS update .
Kindly help me if any one have answer.
