Make sure your fixing speed is set to "0"

before u try the Manual Laser Cam adjust> try this is REG CLEAR in service mode level two--

Clearing out the Registration Data stored in the DC Controller. To clear the data, perform the following.

Enter Service Mode: Level 2 > Copier > Function > Clear > Reg/Clear. Highlight Reg/Clear and press OK.
After performing the clear, reboot the machine and perform a Gradation Quick Adjust and then a Full Gradation adjust.

instructions above could prevent you from having to perform a DC-CON clear, and inputting all DC-CON values from the door label.

SERVICE MODE-Level 1= press Additional Functions Key (once)
press #2 & 8 key at the same time (release both)
then press Additional Functions Key again (release it)

to continue for Level 2 =press Additional Functions
Key again > release> then press #2 key

or do following-------
SERVICE MODE (Level 2) > COPIER > OPTION > BODY
REG-SPD: "Fine adjustment (Plain paper) of the Registration Roller speed”.
Execute the fine adjustment of Registration Roller speed in this mode to improve:
- Front to Rear Trail Edge Blur (approximately 120mm from the trail edge) that may appear on the image due to the paper tension or paper arch between the Registration Roller and the Secondary Transfer Roller.
- The second side of a printed or copied document has shifted out of specification (2.5 +/- 2.0mm
leading edge margin on the 2nd side).
Use this mode when adjusting the process speed for plain paper.
Setting values
- 5 to + 5
- Default (factory) setting/ value after RAM clear: 0
Increasing (decreasing) the setting value by ""1"" accelerate (decelerate) the delivery speed of the roller by
""0.5%"". (Example: Changing the value from 0 to - 2 decelerate the speed by 1.0 %.)

REG-SPD2: “Fine adjustment (thick paper) of the Registration Roller speed”.

Also try running Quickadjust and run auto gradation adjust. Then run a PG10 to see how it looks.
