KMBS 223 using using account track & windows 8 printing

We have a customer at a church, the Konica Minolta 223 has account track being used. When they print from a windows 8 computer the data light flashes a while then stops and job is auto deleted.

Any help on where to enter the password in the windows 8 driver and allow printing would be a great help.... my boss can find it with other drivers, but not w8.

if they loaded the universal driver then it is not available.
If they loaded the win 8 driver then right click on printer properties> options > look on upper right and enable account track then exit.
Then right click on printer > Printer preferences> basic tab> user settings or account track button.
