    KM C220 Fax error

    Getting the attached message....any ideas?

      You will get more answers if you give more info. Does this happen with one phone number or multiple????

          Yhis is the only number that is causing this report to print out. It does time out on some other faxes but there is no way to tell what number it is coming from....Guessing from this report this is a 14.4 bps Fax which eans it is either really old or has been turned back to 14.4 My thought was to change the KM to 14.4 also but I'm affraid this will cause issues with other faxes...
