Hey Mates

We have a customer, who have bought an used Bizhub C353 from another company.

When they push "Scan/Fax" button on the panel, the machine says "Unable to connect to AUTH device". But they have not such a device, so how can we deactivate that function?? We have tried an "Data Clear" from service mode. But it didnt help.

I have found out by myself :-)

Service Mode > Stop - 9 > Management Function Choice > Unset
