    C252 Problem with Blue

    Hello. I have big problem with Biz c252, After change PWB-MFP. When i makes copies in fullcolor, copies have blue background (as in the pictures). When i print in Black or if i print TestPAge from the machine & from computer printing and scanning to a computer - everything works as it should, colors are perfect...I tried to do installations manual (as new machine) and at one point of Gradiation, i mean "High Comppresion Mode" machine should print normal testpattern - butt it does not happen, print test is like in pictures and i cant pass next step (machine will not start reading the test page - error).
    On "Gradiation Mode" and "Resolution Mode" are is OKay. Any 1 can help me?

      Scanning is OK, but not copying?

      Look in the menu settings for original type when you copy. Try changing these settings - you might have the machine stuck in "map" mode or something.

      Even though that should not be enough to cause your problem on it's own. Strange.
