Hi,

Customer has a new email server.
Now he's getting an EA322A error when scanning to email.
The smtp settings are good, thats what the provider says.
Still getting this code, no scanning to email !
Also, when I log in true webinterface as administrator I just can
adjust the adress book. I must see more than that ??!!

Don't have much experience on this one . . . .

With this MFP, SMTP authentication is disabled by default, the SMTP server should be setup to relay from the assigned IP address. If the IT rep will not, or can't setup a relay, then you will need to turn on authentication in service mode. SSL/TSL is not supported on the B200, so if it's required, then the relay is the only option. From my experience, after an upgrade, the settings are never "good". Emujo

PS I misread the "C" portion, but I believe the info is correct for both..please correct me if I am mistaken.
