Konica c450 utility key doesn't work !

hi
i have a c450 . after i went to service mode and make HDD "installed" . i can't access utility menu ! utility key seems to work cus it beep in accesibility menu .

whats the problem ? !!

i tried to go to sevice mode via holding utility key and switch power and maked HDD "not installed" . utility menu camed back

after that i do my first procedure and the problem occured again !!
