We have even the older Di-450 with Pi-5501 (similar) controller working with W7. I think it was with the W7 "onboard" driver or otherwise KonicaMinalta's "famous" universal driver.

I have used XP/2003 32 bit drivers on a Win 7 32 bit OS once. You will have to force the driver, as the older di models are no longer software supported.
If you have a 64 bit OS you will have to use a generic PS/PCL driver or the KM universal driver.

Nothing seemed to work. Have the pros here right now. How about hp 5 drivers?

Brent is it W7-32 or 64bit? Can you ping the controller?

I believe it is a 32 bit. Yes we can ping the machine. It sees it. Just won't prprinter can even pull up the web page. Just no print. Config page? Yes it prints. No jobs will. However

I have a Di-450 with Pi-5501 in the shop which is basically identical, even older. Now I'm at home but I'll try tomorrow and let you know. It has perhaps something to do with the port you are using.
