Hi there,

I have an C6000 fully serviced and I am having issues with uneven coverage. See attached image (A3 sheet) the top of the image is the actual colour and towards the bottom is where the problem is.
Does anyone know how to correct this?

Thanks in advance

Looks like the drum charger/MCH/Corona/Grid is not evenly distanced from the drum surface.

C6000...is there any scope for adjusting the height of the grids? A mylar in one end for example?

First take out the development unit and check for the uniformity.

Corona wire slips of seating during transportation.

Take out corona, wire should be in the centre of the square slot, If not just touch lightly with a screwdriver and it will ping back into place

OR try swapping corona with another colour to see if problem moves with it.

As per the other posts the likely culprit is charge corona wire not seated correctly.
There is an uneven density adjustment procedure for this model. You can find the procedure in the troubleshooting guide

I have seen this and found the doctor blade is not adjusted correctly in the DV unit, Just determine the bad DV Unit and replace. You also can confirm by checking the gap at each end of the blade, The further off the(smaller gap on one side) the more it shows on the copies but you can not always see it by just looking at the brush
