Hi there,

Need some advise please, I have a 920 that is jamming non stop paper does not even exit on the finisher, paper stops on the M12 Cover as it enters the ADU, just after passing the transfer\separation as it enters the fuser and underneath M11 on both sides, I have changed the rollers cleaned out the machine but am just looking for guidance on which clutches or gears I need to clean or lubricate.

Thanks in advance.

run face up no duplex see if your codes go away.

if they dont its your ADU board.

if they do go away you need to clean the hell out of the machine.

J51-01 and J14-01 are jaming out of trays

J72-17 J72-16 are timing after the fuser

Swap adu board with another machine to test.
