Konica BH C450 Fax#

Customer ask me to change Fax# and Name. Did this through Admin but it won't lock in.
I looked high & low, service mode, service manual, past threads but nada, no go, nuttin. Fax must have it's own manual.
Go back into admin and the info I had inputted is there but not on header of sent faxes, old # remains.
Unit is not connected other than fax.

go to admin settings and then to fax.
check your header settings, and I think there is also another setting for the header.

Hey thanks I finally was to setup header.
Another question if you are obliged.
Customer wants default Auto-Color to default to Black only. I've gone through service manual to no avail.
Any suggestions on this.

Select black on the operation panel.

Next press Utility, User Settings, Copier Settings, Default Copier Settings, choose current Setting.

That is your answer.
