I have this wierd problem with a KonicaMinolta bizhub C350 with a Fiery X3e+ installed. The customer uses volume numbers to keep track of copying and printing (for accounting purposes). They have well over 100 volume number accounts set up. All accounts work fine when scanning and copying, but at least two accounts have issues when used for printing (095 and 110). When attempting to print with these codes an error message is displayed on the copier (\"Job has been done improperly\"). When using other accounts on the same workstation printing is normal. When using the two faulty accounts on different workstations the same error is displayed. I have tried resetting the bad accounts and upgrading the copier firmware. Also, the bad accounts are set up the same as all the other accounts (copy limitations, etc). Has anyone else seen anything similar to this?

The ones your having problems with can they walk up the copier and make a copy using thier account codes they set themselves up with. If so then on the print driver make sure they are typing in the account code area not the user account area.
