I have replaced new black dumb cartridge,the machine worked for the a day and then again it show cartridge installation Error, but same cartridge works in another machine. any suggestions I can get on this problem.

Remove the front-cover at the toner-section and check the switches. Had this one about a year, checked and cleaned the switches - OK.

The problem got solved, it was the switch connections and connectors which was causing the problem, thanking very much for your support .
