Konica Bizhub 750 ADF

Hi Guys,

i'm facing a problem that whenever i use A3 to do copy on ADF, right after machine finish scanning it will show a message "job not done in proper way, please check log details".

However, test on A4 paper or similar size like A4, it doesn't has any problem.

I tried to clean up all sensors on ADF, check actuator, pick up rollers; Solenoid. . it seem not helping.

anyone has this problem before?

And what are the log details? Does it jam? Is it making a copy? Need a few more details please.

Hi guys,

the error is "error in size detection"

however, manage to settle by running size detection on ADF in service mode.

First go to Service mode -> ADF -> size detection : detect A4 and A5.
after the above steps done, go to ADF -> Mix original size detection: detect A3 and A5.

problem was solved with the above steps..
