Just want to know what type of machine it resembles or who actual made it. I am having problems with one that gives off a very bad greyish background on everything you copy. Thanks for any info

That would be a Konica 7155 in HP clothing. There is also a 9065mfp.

I need more info to make that decision. Last PM, developer count, drum count, more.

Last PM was done at 250 k . Machine has 287k . Developer was also done at 250 k . The developer unit is still the same one. Drum is also brand new has about 20k on it. I did the whole 250k PM kit on it about 2 months ago. Then the customer has a jam cleared the jam and now then get greyish background on all their copies. Let me know if you need anymore info. Thanks.
