Bizhub C252 with C-C163 code

I have this unit throwing this non-resettable code. Attempted firmware flash, Printer and Scanner load fine but Controller comes up with the following message:

Subset A2CD, Message A0B0, Copy Protect E050

Any thoughts on what might be going on? Service manual indicates possible firmware conflict, DC Controller or PWB-M

It has to do with wrong firmware. Find the correct firmware and install it.
