Konica Minolta Bizhub C-300 Doesnt Start

Dear Friends !

I have a problem with Konica Minolta Bizhub C-300 that it doesnt start. When i turn the Power on its display highlite and stucks there. Copier rotates but doesnt go ahead and stucks.......21954
Please Advise me what to do to rectify it
