Bizhub C452 feint line leading edge tray 4 only and only plain paper

tray 1,2,3,bypass have no issue with any paper type.

If we use tray 4 and have plain paper selected we get a feint line down the leading edge. Tray 4 and thick1,1+,2,3,4,letterhead works fine.

anybody ever come across this strange issue?

This issue occurred out of the blue and the machine has been working fine up until this issue arose.
