We use Peachtree Accounting with this Copier and have always been able to collate and staple reports. Last week it stopped stapling reports individually. For example if you run a 10 page report out of peachtree and want 5 copies, we had not problem getting 5 copies of the report stapled. I know asking about a particular piece of software does not help but we are getting nowhere. I have reinstalled the driver for the C352, checked for Windows updates that have run recently and I know that PeachTree uses the Windows driver. There are no settings for this application in Printing at all. And yes Word, Excel documents all staple correctly. So I am stretching here and hoping someone else has seen this issue. I don't believe it is hardware related. But I can't find any answers either. The users in this office do not play with collating settings and it seems to be a Global issue. All workstations have the same result when tested. Any ideas would be helpful.
