1050 J65-02

Hello everybody,
I have a problem with Bh1050 and DF-603 - a jam code J65-02, which appears constantly. I cleaned the sensors and replaced the coveyance sensor. I also made the sensor sensitivity adjustment. In I/O mode I checked these three sensors 60-4, 60-14, 60-16 but the signals are OK ( H with paper, L without paper).
If anyone had any ideas, please help.

I took a controller board from an working DF and installed it on the problem DF, but there was J65-06. When I installed the board to the working DF, the previous working machine also showed J65-02. I checked the four ICP's on the controller board, but they are OK.
