I have this abort Code:

Abort Code 0X00DC0652

Any sugestion?

A blank page prints and Abort Code 0X00DC0652 is indicated when copying from the ADF.

CAUSE: The scanner locking mechanism has been switched to the locked setting. The Exposure Unit cannot reach the slit glass position, but can still copy off the platen glass.


SOLUTION: Access the scanner locking mechanism on the upper left side of the main body. Ensure that the locking switch arrow is pointing to the unlocked setting.

OR check home position sensor

Does the scanner try to beat itself up at the end of the scan bed? Check the home position sensor.

Home position sensor is ok.

I think that may be the scanner motor or PWB assy (control motor, sensor, lamp).

I'm waiting this spars parts.

hi i had the same problem for the last 2 days i replaced boards , motors and today i adjusted the scanner position and the problem was solved

i can slide the scanner bar to the right, but then it cruises back to the left... then beats itself up (bizhub 200)
