Customer of ours just got this copier for free and asked us if we could find out what this error code is for them. sc 21-04, Thanks for replys

There is an issue with the pre charge exposure lamp for Black (PCL)
Try swapping with one of the other PCL's (cyan for example) and see if the fault changes.
