Hi all,

greetings from La Habana Cuba. We just imported a brand new Kyocera Mita FS-3640 MFP Printer with an additional paper tray and connected it to the office network without any problem. Now we need to print Vouchers for our clients on a special format (hight 88mm x width 210mm which is about the size of a bank cheque) on the MP Tray. My problem now is that i could not configure a personalized paper size with above mentioned paper format (minimum is 148mm) If I want to print the paper stays stuck in the printer.

Ufortunately searching on google is a pain in the .... as we share a 512 DSL with 50 persons in the office and a lot of pages are blocked.

Can anyone help or had a similar problem?

Cheers
Max

Can you not feed the paper in the other orientation, and set the custom paper size that way, and use the by-pass?

Hi,

thanks for the reply. I have tried it but it does not print properly. Result: The paper does not get stuck any more but i get a blank voucher

Any other ideas?

When you say it doesn't print properly, what exactly do you mean, what application are you using?

The application we are using is called Tourplan, it is our inhouse Backoffice System. But it is the same printing from this application than printing from word.

Is the page set up OK in the APP, as the by-pass may ignore this

Page Set Up in the App is ok as it is working from the App with our other older printers without any problems. Just not working wih the KM
