Bizhub C20 Image quality problems blotches of Cyan

This machine is on up to 10k and had already NEW ITB, Fuser, few IU's, Transfer Roller, all Toners...problem shows then disappears, then comes back. I think I have posted this thread a while back and for the heavens can't find it. So apologise, if I am duplicating this.
We had this machine at customer where it was fairly humid and paper was damp all the time, so we eventually pulled the machine and customer bought different machine. Now it was sitting in workshop and every now and then we print to it. Seemed to be fine, and on odd occasion came with the blotches of toner all over the page.
Any suggestions? I will try to attach the lot of reports from Service Mode, test prints where it can be seen.
