[Jamming] 6501 jamming issue

Have a 6501 with a jamming issue coming out of trays 4 and 5. The jam code is J-1607. I tricked the door open so that i could watch it run and I can see that the roller right outside of tray 5 never turns. I replaced the clutch on the back side of it. The shaft seems to be find. The brass bushings look fine. Still can not seem to nail this problem down. Anyone have any more ideas?

Hi,
Have you tried the clutch in I/O mode?
Check you are getting 24v from the PFU drive board to the clutch.
