I have a customer that got into the admin mode on the web browser (i love it when they think that they know everything about copiers :) anyway he messed with a bunch of settings in there and now the copier will print for a few hours and go "offline" so i was going to try to take the machine back to factory settings and start over. The machine worked fine up untill he played with the settings. Does anyone have any ideas as to why it would be going offline? and how do i reset everything to factory defauts. Thanks
