Is there a current problem with C6500/6501 Black Developing units?
I have now replaced 10 black developer units over the last couple of months because of problems with thin black lines in feed direction The developer units are getting nowhere near life, they have all failed at between 15 and 100K and replacing the unit is the only solution. On every unit that has failed the developer seems to have plumed on the developing roller. I have spoken to other engineers who I know support this machine and they are all having the same problems
Anyone have any info or a fix for this?
