Black line in middle of the page on Di2510F

I start getting Strong Black line on middle of the page i read some post and i come up with i need to replace Drum and Developer now i did order new Drum and Developer but Question i Have is Where i Should put Developer in Developer Unit i have to open Developer unit order to put Developer or its go somewhere else
i need Help on punting Developer in.
I am End user and i can call tech for this because i am helping nonprofit organization.
Please.

You should get the manual from Paul. If you are going to attempt to care for it yourself, you need a manual. We all have them.
