[Misc] Firmware update on BH C350

Hi all,
according to service manual, just installed cygwin with default options.
When i start to prepare a CF card, by running mkcf.bat, i have various error messages:

Make CompactFlash Image to Download F/W for TSS2.
H:\ Removable
mkcf.sh: line 2: $'\r': command not found
mkcf.sh: line 53: $'\r': command not found
mkcf.sh: line 203: syntax error near unexpected token `elif'
'kcf.sh: line 203: `elif [ $2 == -windex ]; then

What the F***K is going wrong?

Hi all and thank you for not answering my question, but i can tell you this update:
tried with konica minolta imaging firmware toolkit, it seems to work, but when i put my cf in the copier only start button displays.
Now i'm searching a 256MB cf (mine is 2gb).
