INEO 754 (Bizhub 754 BW) with Finisher FS535-- C 1103 1109

A4 or A3 Offset of 2 sets = Jam in the section above stapler with C Code 1103 and 1109 opened front door then it shows jam 35

A4R however works absolutely fine.


Checked M11 PS17 which point to it C1103. Working fine, HP of the motors is fine.


Staple same issue just code 1109.


Did Firmware update + complete Initialization of the machine.

I think the Finisher main board had it.

Any other insights?

Solenoid SD 2 or SD 3 can't remember now, had broken spring. Pig job to get it back in position.
