[Jamming] More Bizhub C253 problems ADF jam

Hi all. So my saga continues with the new (used) KM Bizhub C253. The paper jams at the turn (see photos) of the ADF. Also, the ADF sensor check shows about 930 at the Restriction sensor. Does that mean there's a block, and if so do you have any suggestions about how to clear it? Thanks!

So I figured out what the problem was. The plate by the glass before the take up roller got off, and I just had to pop it into place. Thanks.
